I was a huge bit home fan as a girl, as well as since I understand that my on the internet buddy Molly lives on a farm as well as homeschools her daughters, I fantasize that her home is found in the year 1880.
Clearly she’s not really living in the past, since when I asked Molly to suggest a Halloween costume comprised of garments products that can be really used again, she referred me to websites that are more as much as date than my Facebook page.
I like her recommendations as well as I believe that most bit women might get many uses out of these items, either in daily utilize (cardigan as well as tights) or for dress-up (apron as well as bonnet).
Molly shared her sources in an email:
Gingham dress (original one from mini-boden)
Penelope Cardigan from Olive Juice (in caramel)
Apron: thrift, ebay, etsy there are tons of options out there, obviously.
Bonnet: I like this bonnet pattern from Amy Karol (angrychicken). It’s a cinch to sew up. The one in the picture is from everyday doings.
Cable knit tights from Target
Boots: thrifted, ebay’d. (The Clark’s somebody told me she scored at a thrift store for 25 cents!)
Thanks, Molly, for participating in our “You’ll totally wear that again” Halloween series!
