New social network Teaches the significance of having a healthy Mind

https://apis.google.com/js/plusone.jsMost of us understand that we have to take care of our physical body in purchase to be healthy.  We make sure to have a healthy diet, try to get plenty of sleep at night and take the time for physical exercise.  often we forget to take care of our mental and emotional health.  If we don’t feel good inside it is harder to stay motivated to maintain our overall health.

A group of scientists and game designers created Happify, a new social network aimed at teaching its users how to live a pleased much more fulfilling life. Today researchers are able to accurately diagnose depression through brain scans. Scientists are also learning much more about depression by studying what makes people happy. Happify takes this science to create a fun, informative, interactive online experience for its users.

Users can sign up for totally free through their facebook account at Happify.com.  After creating a profile you can choose a track to follow. once on your track you can participate in activities developed to instruct you about happiness. You can also read other users comments and follow them.
